GROUND FLOOR UNIT. This cozy 2 bedroom condominium has many upgrades. You will enjoy the mid/South Island location close to many shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to Red Fern Village and other entertainment. The master has a Queen, the guest bedroom has a Queen, sleeper sofa has a full bed in the living room. The unit comes with new furnishings and reliable WiFi. Includes access to tennis courts, pool, and includes usage of 2 BIKES (beach cruisers).

Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day.

Family wedding trip

We really like having a condo to relax and be able to cook in, and just have some space. We did notice a few ants around, but we are at the beach!! The condo was convenient, clean and cozy.

Wonderful place!

Property was clean and looked just as it was advertised. The bikes were awesome and the host had great communication. If we come back I’ll totally be looking to stay again!

March on the Island

We enjoyed our stay, loved having bicycles to use. Condo very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Wish there was more comfortable furniture in the living room with more seating since there were 4 of us staying there.

Why they chose this property

This property has all new furnishings and located walking distance to Starbucks and Waffle House where you can get coffee in the morning or you can stay and make coffee in the Keurig machine and drink it by the pool. The condo comes with free bikes which saves you money. You can ride bikes down to the beach.

What makes this property unique

The unit located a half a mile to Red Fern Village which is a favorite local spot. Red Fern Village has live music on the weekends most times with Catch 228 and Gnat's Landing where locals love local shrimp and oysters. Also, some of the best sushi you will find is at Fancy Q's. It it told that people fly into the local airport just for our sushi. The famous Southern Soul BBQ is located a half a mile from the condo. It has been featured on Food Network a couple of times and Guy Feiri visited it recently. We have tree spirits that you can find all around the island and you can learn how St Simons Island was involved in the civil war by vising Fort Frederica.
