Fantastic townhouse in gated complex with onsite manager.
Walking distance to all public transport for easy access to game events, Beautiful cafes, restaurants, grocery shops, beaches and the heart of Surfers Paradise.
The complex has a stunning pool,sauna,spa, gym, cinema, b.b.q area and library. Fantastic location.
Comfortable and relaxing with full access to all of the amenities.
Wi-Fi, t.v in every bedroom, air conditioning, 2 car spaces, visitors parking and off street parking.
Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker. Dishwasher, microwave, and oven.
Main upstairs bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite that has a spa bath, twin basins and large shower, toilet.
2nd upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and the downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed. We will provide an air mattress if needed.
Downstairs bathroom has large shower, basin and toilet.
Private courtyard includes a clothes line and private b.b.q.
All linen and towels will be provided. Housekeeping will service if you decide to stay longer than 7 days. We will provide cleaning products and equipment for you. Ironing board and iron.
Hair dryers and tea and coffee.
You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
