Hello everyone! My place is newly built. I have been renting for 3 last years and have decided to expand into 2 more apartments. In my home everyone with good intentions is welcome. Love meeting new people and making friends.

The space

This is a room with private bathroom, sat-tv, wi-fi. There are 3 single beds. You have your own fridge, electric tea/coffee maker. Huge backyard, secluded from street, ideal for families with kids and small pets, lots of fruit trees, shade, BBQ area, all kinds of berries, etc.
