Good location, clean and comfortable

Great location for us (Silver Dollar City). Everything was clean and comfortable. It was nice the 2nd bedroom having a king size bed. The main bathroom shower looked recently renovated. Communication was not five star. Property Management company communicated a good bit. However, they set the expectation that we would receive the door code the week of our stay. We did not receive it until less than 24 hours before our check in. Which would have been ok, if the expectation was not set otherwise. (An email earlier in the week to the owner went unanswered.) Also, this property asked us to do more before check out (wash and put away the dishes, do a load of towels, strip the beds) than any other VRBO we've stayed at. No one thing took too much time, it just gave the impression of asking a lot of us. These 2 things were small things and we would stay here again. But, for other vacationers sake, I had to only rate it a 4.
