Waterfront 2 Bedroom 2 bath brand new guest house on the canal in Leeward

This Brand new 2 bedroom guest house with 2 full baths sits directly on 150 feet of canal frontage in the gated community of leeward. It is fully equipped with top of the line appliances including a sub zero fridge and wine cooler, a wolf induction oven and all the neccesary accesories to bring out the gourmet chef in you. There are four kayaks and four stand up boards to explore the surrounding canals and mangroves. You can float around the canal on our floating raft or with the supplied water toys or head out for a round of golf, Provo Golf & country club is only 2 miles away. Salt Mills plaza and the Graceway Gourmet IGA grocery store are only three miles away. Most of the local tour operators will pick you up right from our dock to take you on the many sight seeing and snorkeling tours availabe. The house is equipped with two brand new king size beds and has a queen size pull out to accomadate a couple of kids if needed.

Checks every box for a beautiful vacation

Everything was wonderful from the host, location, amenities and definitely the stocked kitchen with everything one could need for a relaxing experience. We are huge water people so the paddle boards and kayaks were a big draw for us and got a lot of use. There’s sincerely not an negative thing to say. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the Wi-Fi was strong everywhere on the premises.

The most amazing place, don’t look any further!

This is an amazing place. Kitchen fully stocked to cook and amazing outdoor kitchen. The pool, kayaks, paddle boards… we have rented many places on many island this tops them all! The hosts Mike and Nasben were amazing. Hope to return next year.

Good Karmic Vibration

TCI is still a relatively unspoiled place to soak in magnificent azure waters and warm sun-filled skies. The guest house was an oasis of quality and comfort! We loved being on the leeward side of the island. Close to secluded beaches as well as key services like the IGA. We came close to cashing in chips and staying forever!

Family with kids

This was a beautiful little property. We brought our own fishing poles and our kids caught grouper and blowfish right from the canal. The guest house was beautiful and slept our family of 5 comfortably, but I wouldn’t stay there again until the construction of the main house is complete. It made us a little nervous at times, but overall it’s a charming place to stay.
