About this property

The home is cleaned with disinfectant, all high touch areas.
Beautiful 4 bedroom home, 2 of the bedrooms are and en suite. The main one is a King bed the second one is a queen bed. Both with walk in showers. The villa has 3 bathrooms in total. There are TV's in all of the bedrooms and a large flat screen TV in the family room. There is a separate sitting room along with large flat screen TV so if you do not all fancy watching the same show you don't have to, or you can sit peacefully relaxing or reading if you wish while the rest enjoy the show. A fully equipped kitchen, cooker, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher to save you washing dishes by hand on your vacation.
You can have a nice relaxing breakfast before heading off to the parks for the day. For those nights when you're too tired to get ready and go out to eat you can order a take away to be delivered, or prepare your own choice and then sit out side under the lanai to enjoy at your leisure. The lanai is a perfect spot to sit out of the direct sunshine or to sit watching the rain while still enjoying the out doors. Much better than a hotel.
To the rear of the property is a screened deck and swimming pool featuring a spa perfect for taking a dip to cool off, great for unwinding in the spa or just relaxing and enjoying that famous Florida sunshine.

This home is located within the scenic Sandy Ridge a quiet community situated within conservation land, children's play ground and outdoor gym equipment make it a fun way to burn off all those lovely meals you'll be having at the wide selection of restaurants that are close by. Just far enough from the busy tourist areas to offer a peace full and relaxing atmosphere without being too far away from all the fun and excitement meaning that guests have the best of both worlds being only five minutes from the I4 which offers easy access to all of Orlando’s world famous attractions including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.
Several golf courses are within minutes of the home just waiting for you. Beautiful Sandy beaches are just over an hour away.

Good value

Lots of space in this house and the pool/spa were great! We had issues with the pool heater on our first day--but owner was quick to respond and have it fixed. The house is a little dated, nothing fancy. Towels were small and well worn, bedding was dated as well, pillows could be replaced. Kitchen is lacking basic items for cooking -- measuring cups and spoons, ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, flat baking sheet or pizza pan, hot pads/oven mitts. It was disappointing too that we were provided 2 small trash bags for a 7 night stay. Overall, a good value, but definitley lacking in some areas.

Overall we had a great 3 weeks in this villa, it was very clean and had everything we needed.. the pool was in good condition but the netting had been damaged in a storm and would need repaired. This did not affect or hinder our enjoyment of the pool area. The local neighborhood was very quite and well kept. Local restaurants and the I4 were only 5 mins drive away.

I like that it's a nice quiet neighborhood, with mixed vacation homes and residential ones too.
I like that it's close to shops and restaurants, but just a little away from some of the busier spots.
