Glad you enjoyed the place. Thankfully, due to Breckenridge's building restrictions it's unlikely that a structure taller than our 7 stories will ever be built, and our view to both sides of the valley should always be magnificent.

Thanks for your review. There's a lot of trust involved when renting someone's home, trust that goes both ways, and communication is a big part of that. We've had a few poor experiences with other places we've stayed in which the communication from the owner was so scarce that we were worried that we wouldn't receive the check-in instructions in time for our arrival. It's a little unnerving. We definitely don't want to put our guests through something like that!

We can’t fix a problem we don’t know about. Every one of our guests can call, text, or email us at any time to report an unsatisfactory condition. Had we known about the dirty bedspread, we would have immediately had it cleaned or pointed this guest to the spares we keep in the housekeeping closet. Frankly, we find it a little unfair that we were not given the opportunity to correct the problem during this guest’s stay and are just now reading about it for the first time.
