Luxury, custom, quiet and private 1-bedroom 1,950 sq ft modern/craftsman home in Murray, 30 minutes from Utah Ski Resorts in 5 minutes from all 3 major freeways. Unbelievable views. Fully furnished with all kitchen necessities. Perfect for executive stays, skiiers, small families, couples. This is the guest home on the Francis Manor Estate next to the main house above our boat and RV garage. Renting is for the whole house and it is not shared. Located at the end of an exclusive cul-de-sac in Millrace Meadows. By far the best, most unobstructed views in the city! Very private and quiet. The kitchen sink window and deck/patio looks out over the Jordan River and the Wasatch Mountains. The south looks out over a gorgeous horse pasture and the west views from the master bedroom shows the killer sunsets! 1 master bedroom with a walk-in closet, 1 bathroom with two sinks, granite, and amazing custom tile. An awesome laundry room with granite countertops, cabinets and luxury tile. Amazing limestone fireplace / TV area with custom cabinets and a 51' Samsung Plasma TV with BluRay. A beautiful covered patio up high with incredible views of the Jordan River and Wasatch Mountains. Great for bird and animal watching. The kitchen is amazing with white cabinets (with self-close), a brand new Whirlpool stove and oven, and dishwasher. 1-car garage. Close to I-15 and I-215, I-80, Utah Ski Resorts and Intermountain Medical Center.

This is a beautiful home in a cul-de-sac and very quiet, serene neighborhood. No parties or events. Fireplace must be turned off after 30 minutes use.

Renters must lock and close garage doors at all times as there is some owner property inside the garages. No candles or burning flame of any kind.

We prefer no shoes in the home. Renters do not access the RV portion of the garage or attempt to look through owner's belongings in that garage.

Great place to stay near Salt Lake City!

This was a great “home away from home” while visiting family in Salt Lake City. It’s about 15 minutes outside of the city, but even on the snowiest of days it was easy to navigate. The host was very tesponsive, even shoveling the driveway for us! It was great to park in the garage on the snowy days. It’s got everything you need including a very comfy bed!

So Relaxing

I stayed at this property for over a month and loved everything about it! Right on a beautiful river with lots of trails to run and walk. Everything is brand new and very clean. Ski resorts are easily accessible. Thank you so much for having us!

We live in the 8,000 sq ft home next door. We're pretty cool, responsible, fun, and we have 2 16 year old daughters. We grew up in Salt Lake and Park City, Utah. We are obsessed with skiing and health & fitness. People that stay in our guest home call it serene, perfect, great location, luxurious and fun.
