Kitchen with any basics for cooking, bathroom with glass shower, lots of storage, bedroom with flat screen TV, cable and internet, AC,... Private entrance with elevator. English speaking owner who can assist with your time in VN. Housekeeper available almost 24/7. Guests are provided manual for amenities around the place. 2Bed - 1 Couch, solar energy water heater for protecting the enviroment. Camera security 24/24.

Guest access

Unlike many other spaces in Ho Chi Minh City, there is no curfew with us. In addition to having 24/7 access to the house and your studio, you can also use our laundry facilities, rooftop, common area/reading room, office/lounge at any time of the day! We can even plan drink party on the terrace area if you like – it’s a great way to get to know other guests from many places in the world. Washing machines and dryers are on the 6th floor. You can use all the items in the room. Just make yourself at home =)

Interaction with guests

We respect the privacy of our guests and we are available anytime if there is anything you need help with, or to just hang out and have a beer or a delicious local snack. Some of our team members even live in the premises. Come hang out with us in the co-working area on the lobby or send us a message if you don’t see us around.
