Featuring four bedrooms and four full baths, this custom designed home in the Wild Dunes Grand Pavilion combines the best of southern charm with prime amenities. Located one house off the beach, 56 Grand Pavilion offers two oceanfront decks with breathtaking views of the Atlantic. With comfortable seating, your family will enjoy lazy evenings on the oceanfront decks after spending the day on the beach and around the pool.

The beach and two oceanfront pools on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk are only steps away from 56 Grand Pavilion. In addition to the beach and pools, within five minutes your family will be able to walk to several restaurants (seasonal), ice cream shop (seasonal), shopping, day spa, golf course, and kid's playground. It is hard to find any other home in the community that combines custom construction, ocean views, and location to create an unforgettable vacation experience.

The interior of 56 Grand Pavilion is just as wonderful as the views! The first level open floor plan features gleaming hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen and a bright living room. The kitchen is incredible with a Viking gas stove, Sub Zero stainless steel appliances, and beautiful cabinetry. This living area features French doors leading to the deck with ocean views, comfortable seating and a large flat screen television. The dining room table includes seating for eight.

Four stylishly appointed bedrooms can be found at 56 Grand Pavilion. The master bedroom is located on the second level, features a king bed, private deck with ocean views, and a large private bath complete with double sinks and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms feature a king bed and one has a queen bed. Each guest bedroom has a private bath with flat screen television. Living room also has a sleeper sofa for additional bedding, if needed.

Additional Amenities Include:

Spring Stay
The house was lovely and the location was great! The kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of linens. Unfortunately the upstairs air conditioning didn’t work and it locked us out 5 minutes before our stay was over. It was fine for us, but could have been frustrating for someone else had they left something behind.

The property was great. But TV remote never worked properly . The air conditioning on the upper level of the house also did not cool the upstairs. Could have had more information on what properties we had access to. Kind of confusing in the wild dunes

Exceeded expectations
I expected this property to be a great fit for our family, and it even went beyond those hopes. The location is phenomenal, steps from the beach/pool, and a short walk from other pools and food options. The property was clean/spacious, and offered privacy for everyone who stayed. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

You know when you see that really good-looking person who ends up being horrible… yeah
Let Me start with the positives: Location!! Kitchen fairly well stocked Beautifully decorated No Cockroaches!! Unfortunately, the negative outweighed these positives by a lot. First off- after phone calls- email- and requests to Hear from a manager, we NEVER got a return message. One thing we called about got somewhat fixed, but if this was school, I would give it a solid C-. That’s it. Horrible service from the managing companyThe list of things wrong or broken is below- it’s not exhaustive, but it’s all I care to break down. The fact that our vacation in what should have been a stress-free house had to be overshadowed by these things without being resolved is beyond disappointing. So here we go: When we got there the garage cans were so raunchy smelling. They had leaked all over the gross concrete in the garage and one was without a lid and appeared to have a combination of fish and baby diapers in it. It seemed like it had to be a joke and maybe we were on a candid camera show? Nope. The smell every time we got into or out of our house ( we had to pass that area) was beyond repulsive. While we are starting from the basement level on complaints, the door to the beach wouldn’t close or lock so it was wide open to the world and was a safety concern for us and our vehicles. Oh On that “front, the front door which had the code to get in never closed all the way so our house was always wide open and didn’t lock. It looked like someone tried to fix that- and the random sliding doors that wouldn’t open or close without a Herculean effort, but that fix was more like a D- The cleanliness... There was hair in some of the bathroom corners and the hallway vent outside the kitchen hadn’t been dusted or cleaned since 2018. Some of the tvs wouldn’t work- the first floor shower door was completely off the hinges And a hazard- along with the door to that bathroom unable to be locked. The dryer took about 3 hours to dry clothing- the upstairs beautiful deck off the master had a wasps nest in the corner that made it hard to sit outside.This could have been a Wonderful house and experience, but the management of it prevented that. So- to summarize- no help when we requested it in 3 different forms- cleanliness nowhere near where it should have been and that’s being kind- and overall we love IOP but would never recommend a house managed by beachside vacations. Don’t waste your money on this one!
