Hod apartment - a Midtown retreat

Newly renovated apartment with lovely porch, situated on a quiet street at the heart of Tel Aviv. It's a 10 minutes' walk from the beach, Dizengoff center, and many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The building has a beautiful inner garden provides a place to relax from the city's turmoil.
The apartment was fully renovated and refurbished in March 2018.
It's on the first floor, and 27 stairs higher from the street level (no elevator).
The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, large living room / kitchen / dining area, large bathroom with wide shower, two toilets (one in the bathroom and one in a separate space), well equipped, brand new kitchen, and lovely quiet balcony. (You can find the apartment layout at the photo section).
Both bedrooms includes air-condition, ceiling ventilator and closet. The living room also has a ceiling ventilator and air-condition, and a smart TV with many channels including Netflix.
The building itself is in a U shape - enclose within a lovely garden excess only for its tenants.

The perfect place to stay when in Tel Aviv

The apartment was in a central location within walking distance of great restaurants and cafes. The area was always buzzing with activity but the apartment itself was on a quiet residential street. It was large, sunny and the kitchen and other rooms gave you a taste of home away from home. Everything we needed and requested was provided. The owner Yotam was detailed and helpful in making the arrangements for our arrival and made himself available if and when we needed anything. This is definitely somewhere we would stay again whenever we visit Tel Aviv.
