Villa Yaz is a newly built private modern luxury villa which sleeps 8 in four en suite bedrooms. All the upstairs bedrooms open out onto the large veranda. Downstairs is traditionally open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The modern kitchen includes the washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave and utensils. Three sets of double doors lead onto a large veranda with views across the private pool. There is also an outside shower, bar b q area and garden furniture including a traditional Turkish seating area ideal for those afternoon naps. The open plan lounge area has comfortable modern furniture including a LCD TV with worldwide satellite and DVD player. There is also an ensuite bedroom located on the ground floor which is ideal for guests who may have mobility problems. Upstairs are a further three ensuite bedrooms all of which have doors which lead onto a large balcony with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside.

Living Rooms: The living room is open plan and incorporates a lounge and dining area suitable for up to eight guests.
There is also a working stone fireplace which is ideal for a chilly spring or autumn evening.
