This beautiful Presidential townhome is walking distance to Camelbeach Waterpark, Aquatopia and Camelback Mountain Adventures. Close to Pocono Raceway, Mt. Airy Casino and endless shopping, dining and exploring in the Poconos. Also enjoy the outdoor pool, tennis courts and basketball. On the main level is a Granite kitchen, wet bar, dining table and living room area with a gas fireplace that is perfect for gathering and relaxing. The entire upper level is the master bedroom with full bath. On the lower level are two bedrooms with a bath to share PLUS the sauna! Flat screen TV's are in bedroom and living room, or sit on the deck and enjoy the mountain scenery. Everything is new inside and out of this spectacular townhome.
We also have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Standard townhome which sleep 8 AND a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Standard townhome which sleeps 6 available for all your vacationing needs.

Solid condo

The condo was recently renovated. It was very clean and comfortable and provided an enjoyable stay. It was close to both the mountain and the waterpark. My only suggestion is that it could use a few more pots and pans.

Great Stay

We had a great time staying at this property. It was a townhouse type configuration and was half of a stand-alone building with a second unit next to ours. There were no guests next door so we cannot say whether that could have impacted our stay. It was extremely quiet and pleasant and was literally down the hill from the Camelback skiing Parking lot. It was obviously an older townhouse that had been renovated and everything was clean and in good order. There was a spa bath and sauna which we didn't use but seemed very clean and in good shape. The master was really more like a half loft on the top floor with one side having openings overlooking the living room. Despite this fact, we felt that we had plenty of privacy given our kids stayed on the lower level. There was a nice master bath and then another bath and two bedrooms in the basement. The full kitchen was in great shape and there was a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a gas fireplace which we didn't use. The WIFI worked perfectly the entire stay. We met Amanda just before official check in time and she was extremely gracious and gave us a brief but comprehensive summary of everything we needed to know. She also provided a multi-page guide summarizing check out procedures and answering all the questions we had during our stay. We were very pleased with this property and felt it was a good value for what we paid. We also loved the location. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, updated and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

We were a party of 7 and we were comfortable, we had plenty of space. Christine was our point person. She was accommodating and made sure we enjoyed our stay. She knew the area and informed us of all that was going on in the area. She assisted us in procuring the tickets we needed for the Water Park which was the reason for our visit. We were extremely close to Camelback park and enjoyed the water park as well. We had one issue at the rental unit and Christine attended to it right away. Thanks for an awesome end of summer.
