About this property

This is a beautiful, luxury, detached villa comprising of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, roof terrace and large patios, with a large private own garden and private swimming pool. The resort has on-site amenities and a sports complex with various activities for all, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, water slides , Turkish Bath,tennis court, kids play area, private beach (via free shuttle service), restaurant and supermarket. You can also use the facilities at the neighboring resorts of Flamingo and Royal Height for free. The villa is fully furnished with all towels and linen provided.

The nearest beach is sandy with sunbeds and a cafe, it can be reached by FREE SHUTTLE bus or FREE CABLE CAR to exclusive beach club with private jetty which runs from the site in peak season. Other resorts can be reached from a bus stop two minutes walk from the site. The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, fully furnished with fresh linen and air conditioning

RESTAURANT-TRANSPORTATION: There are buses to and from Bodrum Town, car rental services. Short distance to some of the small fishing villages, serving great food at a reasonable price. The restaurant on site is very good and not expensive. The Sunset Cafe is only five minutes walk - it is cheaper and has great views over the bay. The sister complex - Royal Heights has a good restaurant and a beach club - facilities here a really good - free pool tables - an excellent spa and small gym. The beach club becomes a disco at night (not too loud). There is large screen tv in the bar and projector screen outside with cushions to lie on. There is also showed films on some nights. Although some way from Bodrum (30 mins), there is a regular bus service which costs £3 for a return trip.Last bus came in at 4am so you can have a big night out in Bodrum without an expensive taxi ride back. Your kids definately can be happy enough - good pools - tennis court - pitch and putt - boat trips- golf course - wifi access...

Great stay!!

I liked the villa everything was as described in facilities, but the stairs are a problem for those who suffer back pain like me. I have 3 kids and they enjoyed the private pool they even prepared water show for us :) they also enjoyed the slides in the shared pool. I recommend the villa it is very nice for those who like getting away from the city but the resort in all is ordinary, small restaurant with restricted choice and the gym is small too. The villa is close to the beach but we didn't get there cos it is not suitable for children very deep water from the shore. The supermarket is 5 min walk and there is a small shopping mall near the resort if you do not wish to go to far places. It was a nice week for me and my family we felt like home and the both our rental agent and the home manager were very nice
