The non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor of the listed main building of the newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992, it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly restored in recent years and reopened in 2020. Start your day with breakfast or a cup of coffee on the 5m² balcony with the rising sun. You have access to the balcony from the living room and bedroom. The balcony is furnished with a table with two armchairs and two sun loungers. The beach house-style apartment offers maximum comfort with selected accessories and harmonious compositions. The light-flooded holiday apartment with 60 m² offers space for 2 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. The open, fully equipped NOLTE built-in kitchen borders the living area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an integrated washer dryer and a microwave. Numerous cooking utensils ensure the perfect cooking evening. The dining table with 4 chairs offers space for a dinner with friends or family. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed and an armchair and invites you to share moments. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows you get to the balcony. Of course, free WiFi is available in all areas. The bright bedroom is modernly equipped. The comfortable box spring bed with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invites you to dream. In addition, it has two bedside tables and bedside lamps. In the adjoining 5.87 m² dressing room between the bathroom and the bedroom, there is the wardrobe and lots of storage space. The bathroom convinces with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a base cabinet. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. It is only a short walk to the in-house fitness and wellness area. This is also located in the main house and is available to you and your guests. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. You can then relax in one of the two saunas with a sensory shower and in the relaxation room. The rental office, the snack vending machine and the bread service are located together with the apartment in the main house. An underground parking space can be booked for your apartment.
