The house (FH - about 60 square meters of living space) is located near the sea (400 meters) and sandy beach.

The fenced garden with terrace and playground offers many opportunities for relaxation (lawn - garden furniture with cushions and sun loungers).

The FH is suitable for 1 to 4 people and has two double bedrooms

 Children's travel bed - high chair - changing mat are available free of charge.

From the bedrooms you can look into the spa gardens.

All rooms are equipped with laminate flooring or tiles.

WiFi connections are available.

The apartment has:
- Via a large living-dining room

Terms and Conditions:

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Children's travel cot, high chair and changing mat are available free of charge.

Dogs are allowed by arrangement, the fee 40.00 € is paid on the spot.

The minimum stay is 7 nights in high season.
During the high season, change is only possible on Saturdays (or by appointment).

The rental price is for 2 people and a bedroom.
When renting to 3 or 4 people, we charge for the 2nd Bedroom € 5.00 / night per person.
Maximum occupancy: 4 people

The administration fee (on-site support) (€ 50) is included in the rental price.

Internet is available free of charge via WiFi and Lan.

There is a free reserved parking space "FH am Kurgarten" for a car.

2. + the tourist tax is payable when the keys are handed over:
Low season: € 1.20 adults
High season: € 2.50 adults (15. March to 31 October)

Information about the area surrounding the apartment.

Restaurants with East Frisian cuisine, shops, bakeries and ice cream parlors can be reached in a few steps. Haus des Gastes, Kurmittelhaus, reading room with current newspapers, seal breeding station, mini golf course and the adventure wave pool with sauna "Ocean Wave" are about 100 meters away.

The ferry port and train station (Norddeich Mole) can be reached in 15 minutes on foot to take the ship to Norderney or Juist.

Kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing are offered about 400 meters away; Trial courses are possible.
