Planning your next North Sea vacation with up to 5 people on Sylt? Then the holiday home Frieda with 3 bedrooms would be perfect for you.

The tastefully furnished and modern holiday residence spans an area of 80 m².
On the ground floor, the separate fully equipped kitchen awaits you in the conservatory, along with a cozy dining area. The living area offers a bright sofa landscape with a view of the fireplace. From the living area, you step onto the terrace, with garden furniture and the large connected garden where children can play undisturbed. Also on the ground floor is a guest toilet.
The upper floor offers two bedrooms and the bathroom. Another room is available to you in the attic.

The parking space is located in front of the house.

NOTE (please read!)

To start your vacation feeling right away, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: the beds are freshly made, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. We charge a fee of €25.00 per person for this service (excluding children under 3 years). For good health, please note that the laundry packages are mandatory for your booking due to hygiene reasons.
We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We calculate this tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your vacation home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of €29.00.

Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt einem an nicht. Als wir bemerkt hatten, das 2 kleine Mengel gab, wurden diese direkt mit uns besprochen, konnten leider nicht in unserer Zeit behoben werden. Dies wurde mit uns freundlich kommuniziert und von daher für uns kein Problem mehr.

Idylle mit Herz

Die Sauberkeit war astrein, der Garten ist groß und gut gepflegt, die Möbel sind auch gut gepflegt, es fühlt sich nicht wie eine Ferienunterkunft sondern wie ein zu Hause an. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Waschmittel für die Wäsche. Wir haben uns im Urlaub wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles ist da, Küche vollständig und modern. Garten schön zum spielen. Nette Sylter Nachbarn.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es war aber sehr schade, daß die Möglichkeit zum Grillen doch nicht gegeben war, was aber letztlich auch nicht so schlimm gewesen ist. Das stand in der Beschreibung beim Buchen mit drin, aber vor Ort war die Nutzung des vorhandenen Grills dann doch nicht erwünscht. Und das helle Sofa ist leider auch sehr empfindlich bzgl. Flecken. Und der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war sehr nett!! Vielen Dank!!!
