The holiday complex "Wohnpark an der Mühle", built in 1996, is located in a quiet but very central location in Cubanzestrasse in Kühlungsborn-Ost and only a few steps away from the neighboring city forest (133 ha). With its kilometers of comfortable paths, it invites you to take relaxing walks or long bike tours - here you can enjoy pure relaxation ...!The residential complex consists of several houses belonging together, which are embedded in a spacious garden. Here you will find u. a. a garden pavilion and some play facilities for children. The Baltic Sea with the approx. 6 km long and fine white sandy beach as well as the beautiful and more than 3 km long beach promenade and the marina are about 10 - 15 minutes away on foot. Here you can take wonderful walks to the pier or to Kühlungsborn-West. It is also only about 10 - 15 minutes to the lively "Strandstrasse" shopping mile - here you will find everything that makes the "shopping heart" beat faster: numerous cafes, restaurants and boutiques and shops, banks, post office, doctors and pharmacies. Even for the fresh rolls in the morning there are only a few steps to the bakery ...! A well-stocked large supermarket is also just a 2-minute walk away. In just 5 - 8 minutes on foot you are from your apartment complex directly at the Kühlungsborn-Ost train station with the historic steam bath "Molli" and the bus station east. Various bike rentals can also be found in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment offers sleeping facilities for a total of 5 people. From the hall with mirror and cloakroom you can easily reach all rooms of your apartment. From the living room you have direct access to the approx. 14 m² large and sunny roof terrace (facing east, south and west) with various balcony furniture - here you can sit relaxed and comfortably in the green!For your entertainment, a modern flat screen TV with digital radio reception and a CD player are available in the apartment. In addition, the apartment has free WiFi. The open kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, French press coffee pot, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and adequately equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. The cozy 1st Bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe and also has direct access to the roof terrace. The separate and additional 2. Bedroom has a single bed, a spacious wardrobe and a small desk with chair. A small staircase from the living room leads to the top floor of the apartment with the Bedroom. This is furnished with 2 freestanding single beds, a small chest of drawers and 2 wicker chairs with tables. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer and plenty of storage space. A shared (coin operated) washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in a separate building of the residential complex and can be shared by all guests. You can park your car free of charge in a car parking space belonging to your apartment directly behind the house, your bikes can be stored in a separate bicycle shelter in the residence. If you don't bring your own bikes, you can rent them if you are interested in renting a bike in the immediate vicinity of your residence. It is unfortunately not possible to bring pets into this apartment!Smoking is not permitted in the interests of our non-smoking guests in the apartment, please use the balcony for this.
