The apartment offers sleeping facilities for a total of 4 people. The bright and friendly living / dining room has a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs and a coffee table as well as a separate dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room you have 2 direct accesses to the approx. 10 m² large and sunny balcony (facing east, south-east, west and north) with various balcony furniture and sun loungers - from here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the nearby Baltic Sea , in the immediately adjacent beautiful Baltic Park and over the roofs of Kühlungsborn!For your entertainment, 2 modern flat-screen TVs and a stereo system with radio and CD player are available in the apartment. In addition, the apartment has free WiFi. The open kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffee machine (with tabs), kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and adequately equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. If you don't bring your own bikes, you can rent them if you are interested in renting a bike in the immediate vicinity of your residence. The elevator takes you comfortably from the basement to your apartment on the 2nd OG. It is unfortunately not possible to bring pets into this apartment!Smoking is not permitted in the interests of our non-smoking guests in the apartment, please use the balcony for this.
