The apartment complex "Haus am Park" is located in a quiet yet best and central location in close proximity to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, the beach promenade, the popular strolling mile "Unter den Kolonnaden" and the pedestrian zone in the western city center of the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. The exclusive apartment complex was completely renovated in 1999 with great attention to detail. Today the "Haus am Park" is again one of the most beautiful and representative buildings in Kühlungsborn-West. Numerous shops, small boutiques, bistros, cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity invite you to stroll and linger. The bakery - for fresh bread in the morning - is just a few steps away. In addition, there are doctors, a pharmacy, banks, post office and 2 large and well-stocked supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The shopping arcade "Unter den Kolonnaden", the Baltic Square with the art gallery, the Konzertgarten-West with its interesting and varied entertainment program, several bike rentals and many other attractive leisure activities are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached in just a few minutes on foot , It is only a few steps from your holiday home to the Baltic Square with direct access to the approx. 6 km long, child-friendly, fine white sandy beach and the beautiful and more than 3 km long beach promenade. Here you can take long walks to the pier or to the boat harbor in Kühlungsborn-Ost. Alternatively, there are kilometers of comfortably laid out paths in the city forest (133 ha) bordering approx. 500 m for walks or bike tours - here you can enjoy pure relaxation ...!It is only about 750 m on foot to the west station with the historic steam bath "Molli" and the west bus station.

The exclusive and high-quality furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 57 m²) on the 2nd OG has a high degree of functionality and is completely furnished. All floors of the apartment are tiled. The apartment offers sleeping facilities for a total of 4 people. The bright and friendly living / dining room has a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs and a coffee table as well as a separate dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room you have 2 direct accesses to the approx. 10 m² large and sunny balcony (facing east, south-east, west and north) with various balcony furniture and sun loungers - from here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the nearby Baltic Sea , in the immediately adjacent beautiful Baltic Park and over the roofs of Kühlungsborn!For your entertainment, 2 modern flat-screen TVs and a stereo system with radio and CD player are available in the apartment. In addition, the apartment has free WiFi. The open kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffee machine (with tabs), kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and adequately equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. The friendly and modern bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe and also has direct access to the balcony. An additional comfortable sleeping option for another 3rd or 4th Person offers the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The beautiful and room-high bathroom with high-quality wall tiles has a shower, sink and toilet as well as sufficient storage space. In addition, a small storage room for suitcases and luggage belongs to the apartment in the entrance area. Shared (coin operated) washing machines and tumble dryers are located in the basement of the residential complex and can be shared by all guests. You can park your car free of charge in a double-parking space in the underground car park belonging to your apartment (note: maximum height 1.80 m!) park in the neighboring house Ocean View. Your bikes can be stored in a separate bike room in the basement of the apartment house. If you don't bring your own bikes, you can rent them if you are interested in renting a bike in the immediate vicinity of your residence. The elevator takes you comfortably from the basement to your apartment on the 2nd OG. It is unfortunately not possible to bring pets into this apartment!Smoking is not permitted in the interests of our non-smoking guests in the apartment, please use the balcony for this. Thank you for your understanding!

Schöner Urlaub
Die Lage der Wohnung ist Super. Man kann aber nicht von der Tiefgarage direkt hoch fahren, weil diese im Nachbarhaus ist, was mit Gepäck umständlich ist. Die Wohnung selbst finde ich für vier Personen etwas klein. Von Nachteil ist, dass man nur vom Schlafzimmer aus ins Bad gelangt. Der Abstellraum für die Koffer war mit "Sammelsurium" halb zugestellt. Die Fenster müssten mal geputzt werden.
