The modern 57m² apartment is located in Hochpaterre and convinces with a west-facing balcony. The 5m² terrace is accessible from the living room and has a table with two chairs and two sun loungers for the magical moments of the surroundings. The open-plan living and dining area of the 2-room apartment consists of a cozy sofa and comfortable armchairs and invite you to relax and linger. A flat-screen TV (50 inches), free WiFi and a hi-fi system are available for media entertainment. The living room is complemented by a comfortable seating group consisting of a dining table and associated shell chairs for a cozy dinner. The apartment, designed in the style of a yacht club, is inviting with harmoniously coordinated furniture. The murals and home accessories let you quickly calm down and make your vacation a special experience. The design floor covering installed throughout the living and sleeping area has a simple and subtle effect. The bedroom is kept in modern white and brown. A wardrobe with an intrigued safe, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedrooms. The modern box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) invites you to dream. Here you also have the option of using a 32-inch flat-screen TV. From the bedroom you have direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom in the beach house style convinces with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with vanity unit. The modern, light wall tiles and light wood look and the dark floor tiles create a special flair. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. The open, fully equipped, NOLTE fitted kitchen has an induction cooker with four hobs, an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and a washer-dryer. In addition, the bright fitted kitchen is equipped with numerous cooking accessories and invites you to cook together. The entire holiday apartment has underfloor heating. After a long day, the in-house wellness and fitness area, which is also located in the main building, invites you to relax. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. You can then relax in one of the two saunas with a sensory shower and in the relaxation room. The rental office with bread service is also in the main building. An outdoor parking space for your car can be booked with the apartment. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house.
