About this property

Beautiful and spacious semi-detached house with communal pool. The vacation home is located in Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca. It is elegantly and tastefully decorated and the living area is distributed over two floors. Outside, there are large terraces in the front and in the back. Outside there is a large roof terrace with private access via an external staircase from the 1st floor terrace. The equipment includes a barbecue, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Thus, you can make yourself comfortable here in any season. The community pool is large.
The house has an excellent location, as it is very close to Torrevieja, the shopping center La Zenia and very close to two golf courses. Torrevieja offers all kinds of activities: you can practice water sports, visit the famous salt flats, walk along the promenade and the marina and enjoy the gastronomy of the many national and international restaurants.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year.
