Located directly on the harbor promenade and the sailing and sports boat port of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this apartment scores with a fantastic water view, the proximity to the Weidefeld sandy beach and the immediate offer of the promenade. The view falls through floor-to-ceiling windows and from the balcony to the marina and the floating houses. Sailing boats, seagulls and beautiful sunsets guarantee a real holiday feeling.
The apartment is equipped with exclusive carpentry fittings and flooded with light in a modern Scandinavian country style. In addition, the apartment has panels on the walls with integrated and indirect lighting for the nights, which invite you to relax in a pleasant atmosphere. A long bench with a view of the harbor gives the room a cozy generosity and freedom.
Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment program on the 65-inch flat-screen TV in the living room, which invites you to cozy film evenings.
The generously equipped open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious holiday meals can be conjured up here. For barbecues, the balcony invites you with a wonderful water view.

The shower room has a large floor-level shower and a washing machine.
The stylishly furnished bedroom, equipped with a cozy double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a 43-inch TV and a comfortable desk, promises relaxing vacation nights.

There is a private parking space behind the house.

The residential and commercial building was built in the Scandinavian style. The apartments can be reached from the outside via the arcades or alternatively conveniently via the elevator.
It is a holiday apartment on the first floor. The new harbor promenade is located below the apartment and invites you to stroll with a growing range of products.
