A house that swims and is surrounded by water, this holiday experience combines the adventure of a sailing trip surrounded by water with all the comforts of a luxurious holiday home on land. “La Marina” warmly welcomes you on board. The floating house “La Marina” is at home in the far north and is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the Baltic Sea on the pier. “La Marina” is located just before the end of the jetty with optimal sun exposure and a hygge-maritime style.
Water as far as the eye can see. The breathtaking backdrop can be enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts and the roof terrace offers spectacular 360-degree views of the Schlei, the Baltic Sea and the marina. The Baltic Sea is only a bathing ladder away and the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort can be reached on foot in a few minutes. In the dark season, underfloor heating and saunas provide comfort, because the wellness program must not be missing on board.
In addition to the harbor cinema, the Smart TV with home entertainment program provides entertainment ... What do you want sea?
The floating house extends over three levels. The open plan living and dining area with an all-round water view, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining terrace is on the upper floor. From here you can access the spectacular roof terrace with a view of the sailing and sports boat harbor, the loop and its mouth into the Baltic Sea. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture and Weber electric grill, the terraces offer a pure holiday feeling.
The breathtaking sunsets can be sensually enjoyed from the beach chair with a “sundowner”.
The relaxation area of the house is on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom, sauna and a surrounding terrace. The master bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed (1.80x2m) scores with a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window through which the breathtaking water scenery can be enjoyed. The second bedroom has two flexible single beds that can be comfortably pushed together. Of course, when taking a sauna or brushing your teeth, there is also a view of the water and swans swimming by.

If you want to travel by boat, you've come to the right place. Directly at the house there is a private berth equipped with many additional cleats. There is also external access to electricity and water at the boat berth.

A private car parking space is located directly on the jetty.

Our favorite spot: In our favorite spot in the beach chair on the roof terrace, we enjoy the 360 degree panoramic view with the harbor cinema. In harmony with nature, we will let your mind wander, you too will be enchanted ...
