The modern apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Seeadler and offers plenty of space for two adults and two children (up to 16 years). Free WiFi available.

In the living area, the comfortable sofa bed with the flat screen TV invites you to relax. In the open kitchen and dining area there is a fitted kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and a table with four chairs. The sleeping area is furnished with a large double bed, spacious wardrobe and a flat screen TV. The elegant bathroom has a shower and a large vanity with a full-length mirror.
You can relax in the sauna (2, -Eur / 40 minutes). On the south-west facing terrace you will find a table, two chairs and two stools.
The apartment has an underground parking space No. 50. The elevator leads from the underground garage to the apartment.

Non smoking apartment, no pets allowed,
Linen set, travel cot and high chair can be booked for a fee.

An underground parking space belongs to your apartment. Please note the headroom of max. 1,90m.
If the maximum passage height is exceeded, there is the option of using a paid parking lot in the immediate vicinity.
