Recently built country house with seaviews and pool close to the Es-Trenc beach. The finca Las Glicinas is situated in the countryside and has been furnished in a comfortable country style. The house offers 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6.

The finca Las Glicinas is set in the peaceful and quiet countryside close to Campos in a traditional farming area. Separated by a little mound the house is neighbouring with a small farm. Thanks to the slightly elevated situation the country house offers distant seaviews reaching up to Cabrera on clear days. The popular beach of Es Trenc, often compared to the Carribean thanks to the emerald water, is in 15 mintues travelling distance, the village of Campos, with shops, restaurants and a nice market on Saturdays is only 5 minutes away.

The finca Las Glicinas is comfortably furnished and has a living area of approximately 130,00 square meters. All on the same floor the house has a large living/dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen, 3 twin bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and toilet and another one with bathtub and toilet. The house offers central heating and air-conditioning in the living room.

The finca Las Glicinas is set on a plot of approximately 15.000 square meters on well maintained grounds. Guests can dine on the 40 square meters porch, with teak dining table and a stone-built BBQ. The poolside terrace is furnished with sunbeds and a large umbrella.
