The beautiful penthouse is situated close to the beach in a quiet residential area, on the 5th floor of an apartment building in the lively seaside town of Torremolinos. The wheelchair-accessible penthouse consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a sofa bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly home includes Wi-Fi, a lift, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a baby cot and a highchair (both upon request). The penthouse is encompassed by an open and covered terrace-like balcony with sea view, on which you can enjoy the sun throughout the day and spend the evenings with your friends or family with home-cooked dinners from the barbecue. The shared outdoor area outside the building boasts 2 swimming pools (one for children) and also a playground. From the penthouse, it is only a 7-minute walk (600 m) to the beach and due to its central location, supermarkets (700 m / 9-minute walk) as well as plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés (130 m / 2-minute walk) can be found in the near vicinity. The harbor city of Málaga is located only 13 km (20-minute drive to the center) north of Torremolinos, and the city’s airport is only a 10-minute drive (6.6 km) away. In the other direction, there is Aqualand waterpark (3.4 km / 8-minute drive) as well as Castillo de Colomares (20 km / 22-minute drive), a monument in form of a castle, dedicated to Christopher Columbus.

The property has a garage with one parking space available for parking. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. For the bioethanol fireplace, please contact the homeowner if you want to use it, in order to get the instructions.
