The stylishly furnished Kneissel holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of the Alte Gendarmerie in Übersee. The historic building dates back to 1900 and was lovingly renovated in 2016 by the current owners while preserving historic details. The charming flat consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus offers space for 2 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV & board games.

In addition, the accommodation has a beautiful garden and a balcony. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the balcony while admiring the beautiful surroundings. End the perfect day with a glass of wine outside on the balcony under the stars. A barbecue is also available.

The house is in an absolutely quiet location in the centre of Übersee and shops for daily needs as well as public transport (train, bus) are within walking distance. A selection of restaurants, cafés and bars as well as a supermarket are within walking distance. The nearest beach, Strandbad Übersee, is 4.8 km away. The popular Chiemsee lake is 8.4 km away. Take a trip to the Hochplattenbahn in Marquartstein (11 km), where you can ride to the top of the mountains and admire some of the most beautiful panoramic views.

Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra charge. Children from the age of 8 are welcome. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Around the house is a Bioland certified orchard and the house owner runs a Bioland apiary in the neighbouring house.
