Outside, you will find a small terrace where you can hang up your laundry or your bathing suit after a long day at the beach. At the front of the property, you also have an unfurnished terrace with both covered and uncovered areas and which is adorned with some potted plants. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in the fresh air during mild summer evenings. In the shared, outdoor area of the residential complex, you will find a refreshing pool, a children’s pool, and a beautiful garden. A selection of local restaurants, shops, cafes and bars are 550 m or a 7-minute walk from your front door. The highlight of the property is its proximity to the famous beaches along the coastline, including Playa de la Barrosa, which is just 700 m or about an 8-minute walk away. Here you can stretch out on the fine, golden sand and listen to the calming waves wash up on shore.
