This quietly situated holiday apartment in a two-family house is in a residential area on the edgeo f Raesfeld. The centre with a good range of shops is about 10-15 minutes away on foot.

The 80m² apartment has been classified as four-star, is on the first floor and is accessed along a hallway. It can accommodate at least four people. It has a big living and dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with a dining space for two people. If the property is booked by only two people, the second bedroom is cloesed. The first bedroom has a double bed (200 x 200cm) with an electronically adjustable head and foot section. The second smaller bedroom has separate single beds (90 x 200cm) and can be booked in addition on request. It is ideal for a third and fourth guest, or if there are two of you but you prefer separate bedrooms, otherwise bookings for two people include one bedroom only. The barrier-free bathroom has a very large walk-in shower and was renovated in 2010.

You can start the day with breakfast on the big balcony with a beautiful view. There is a car parking space right by the house and bicycles can be parked in the garage.

You can use a washing machine and a dryer on request.
