The detached holiday house is very close to the owners’ farm, o a slight elevation at the entrance to the Gschnitz Valley, near the Gschnitztal Bridge on the A13. It belongs to Trins (centre about 3km away) but is closer to Steinach, the main town in the Wipp Valley (about 1km away). The holiday home is detached and only intended for one family (max. 5 people), so that contact with other people (family landlord) is only possible on request.

The house is designed for self-catering, but there is a small kitchen with an electric stove (with an oven), microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Enough dishes, a fully automatic coffee machine and a kettle are also available. The spacious living room is equipped with a seating and dining area, as well as with a satellite TV, with which the reception of the Italian TV program is also possible. There are two separate bedrooms, one for two and one for three people. There is an additional TV in the room for three people. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Outside there is a big, roofed terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and an awning. The terrace is fenced and can be accessed from two sides.

The house has central heating fired by woodchips, while hot water is provided by the boiler in the farmhouse. A washing machine and a covered area for hanging laundry up are also available. The holiday home is only inhabited by one family and, as already described, is in a secluded location without immediate neighbors, the landlord lives in the separate farmhouse, so there is no contact with other people. You live in the house alone and after each change of guests is of course carefully cleaned and disinfected. Of course, contact with the landlord is possible at any time.

Skiing information: the skiing and leisure arena Bergeralm-Steinach am Brenner guarantees the best winter sports conditions and with a length of 9km and 4 different downhill pistes it is among the largest night skiing arenas in Europe. Bergeralm also has a 5km-long and perfectly illuminated sledging piste, as well as a 10km-long high mountain cross-country skiing trail with a view of the Wipptal mountain world. Kids can have fun in Noah’s children’s park. In summer you can have endless fun on the Bergeralm and undertake a wide range of hikes, starting from the cable car middle station or peak station. As one of the main towns in the Wipp Valley, the centrally located Steinach is ideal for holiday guests. There are buses and trains for exploring the region and there is no room for boredom. Going up to Bergeralm in the cable car provides an ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours, and is also an experience for families. The Bärenbachl discovery trail invites children to be active and have fun. You can cool off and sunbath at the outdoor swimming pool. Multifunctional is the motto of the ski arena. Apart from around 28km of fun on the pistes, there is also a separate children’s and training area. Those who prefer a more relaxed approach can find an ideal circular cross-country trail of 10km. The whole family can have fun in the indoor ice rink. There are also ski schools, cafés, après-ski bars and restaurants.
