It is less than 1.5km to the sea and to the town centre of Bosa.

There are fly screens fitted in every window. Pets are welcome at no supplementary charge.

In the outdoor area you can find a grill, a shower and a large roofed area providing shade in summer and where you can sit comfortably and enjoy the view. The paths leading to the house are lit, as well as the roofed area and the large car parking space.

You can go on guided trips by boat both on the sea and the river, as well as canoe tours, windsurfing, kite surfing, snorkeling. There are many supermarkets and restaurants, a beautician and a hairdresser, a pharmacy, pizzerias. The airport in Alghero is about 48km away, along with car, motorbike and bicycle rental etc.
