Positives: + beste Lage ganz nah am Strand + kostenloser überdachter Parkplatz in der Anlage + CheckIn einfach, problemlos und kompetent vom netten Mitarbeiter des Reisebüros, der einem auch weitere nützliche Tipps geben konnte + gut mit den Öffis erreichbar + ruhige Lage der FeWo, bestimmt auch in der Hauptsaison + grundsätzlich gemütliche Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung das ABER/Negatives: - Ich habe beim Einzug mehrere Tüten verschimmeltes Brot im Küchenschrank gefunden! - In dem Schrankbett liegen 2 Matratzen, eine passt problemlos rein, die andere steht sehr weit über den Rahmen hinaus. Man liegt darauf wirklich schräg und rollt dauernd zur Mitte hin - das ist KEIN bequemes Schlafen! - Die Schlafcouch ist im nicht ausgezogenen Zustand leider keine bequeme Alternative zu der schrägen 2. Matratze im Bett. - Obwohl der Heizkörper auf 0 gestellt war, war das Bad immer sehr sehr warm (auf die unangenehme drückende Art). - die Schere ist so stumpf, dass sie unbrauchbar ist

Klein, aber fein, so soll es auch sein.

Eine kleine, ruhige und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, von der man ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Alten Strom auf der Promenade benötigt. Das Auto steht sicher auf dem Hinterhof, der angrenzende Park bietet einen alternativen Blick zur Ostsee, die fast vor der Haustür ihre Wellen anspült. Wir fanden alles vor, was man zum Urlauben braucht und waren sehr zufrieden.
