The apartment is in a beautiful hilly area with a lovely view of the lake and the hills. It is five minutes by car to the centre of Gravedona.

The newly-built apartment is modern and well-equipped and has a light living and dining room with a kitchen, a sofa bed for two people (180 x 200cm), satellite TV, a table and chairs. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a big fridge and an oven. The living room area has a big window with a view of the lake and the surroundings. It allows a lot of daylight in. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables and a big cupboard. This room also has a big window with a lovely view of the lake. The apartment has underfloor heating in all the rooms. Free wireless Internet access is available, with good reception even in the garden.

The private, fenced garden and the balcony afford great views of the lake and of the hills. All holiday guests can use the free parking spaces for cars and bicycles, as well as the bread rolls delivery service at cost (on request). Gravedona ed Uniti is a charming town by Lake Como. From its lakeshore you can admire Monte Legnone and the old Piona abbey. The historical centre is a series of little squares, houses and narrow alleys. The lakeshore with its elegant promenade is a meeting place and an events venue on beautiful summer evenings. The town provides modern amenities such as a big sports centre with tennis courts and football grounds, a sailing club, cycle trails and jogging paths, a swimming pool by the lake and a fitness trail on the lower slopes.

Very nearby there are also well-known tourist destinations such as Bellagio and Varenna with their characteristic historical centres, botanical parks and historic villas of exceptional beauty.
