About this property

This beautiful vacation home is privately located at the end of a gravel road, close to the dunes. There are only 3 other houses in the area. The vacation home makes up one half of a semi-detached house. You have your own private terrace. Attached to the 3 houses is a private tennis court. In the house, the large panoramic windows offer a great view of the breathtaking heath landscape. The nicely furnished living room is open to the kitchen. The wood stove in the living room provides pleasant warmth and coziness. The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms - 2 with 2 single beds and one with a sofa bed for 2 persons. In addition, the house has a bathroom with shower.

The house is located a short distance from Klegod Fiskesø and the popular seaside resort of Søndervig. The cozy town offers good shopping, various restaurants and cafes. Visit the annual sand sculpture festival, where you can see how talented sculptors turn sand into beautiful art, and spend a few hours at the Adventure Park with many activities for the whole family. Along the beach you can experience the many World War II bunkers. Tours are offered throughout the year to the large bunkers Krylen and Ringelnatter north of Søndervig. A trip to Denmark's largest ostrich farm, Jette's Ostrich Farm, is also a fun experience - get close to the largest birds in the world and watch them hatch in the barn.

Dreckig und Übelriechend - Dirty and smelly

Das Objekt selbst liegt schön in den Dünen und hat Potential. Leider war es bei der Anreise ungeputzt. Hilfe gabe es da keine - Anreise erst ab 16:00, und dann kann von novasol keiner mehr helfen. Also seber putzen! Im Bad ist irgendwo ein Abfluss, aus dem oft üble Gerüche strömen - wir haben ihn leider nicht finden können (alle sichtbaren haben wir gerinigt/ befüllt). Im Detail: Küche: - benutztes Geschirr nicht weggeräumt - Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt - Geschirr wie zB Auflaufform etc. in den Schränken dreckig - es riecht unangenehm aus dem Abfluss Bad: - benutze Wäsche vom Vormieter im Korb - Waschbecken sowie Dusche dreckig- siehe Dreckränder Wohnraum: - Sofa dreckig -Teppich dreckig- große Flecken - Wandputz kommt runter - Wand ist feucht! - Asseln überall - Sicht aus den Fenstern nicht möglich, da alle Fenster des Objekts dreckig sind Schlafräume: - Matratzen dreckig- Urinflecken deutlich erkennbar - Räume ebenfalls nicht gesaugt. Überall Haare und Flusen - Schranktüren instabil - Hochebene: Käfer, Dreck, Larven, Matratze dreckig Terrasse: - Gartentisch liegt umgekippt auf der Terrasse - alle Sitzmöbel dreckig - überall Asseln, die sich unter den Möbeln sammeln - im angrenzenden Gartenbereich liegt Müll ( benutzte Damenhygieneartikel, Knochenreste)

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage. Auf Sauberkeit bei Übernahme achten

Ein wirklich sehr schönen Haus, ausgestattet mit allem was wir brauchten. Der Tennisplatz konnte mit benutzt werden, hat jedoch ein paar Wellen. Herrliche Lage von dem Haus. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war, dass wir erst noch putzen mussten, bevor wir uns wohl gefühlt haben.

Wonderful light in this house

Beautiful property near the ocean. Biking/running trail nearby. Only challenge is that you must bring all of your own supplies (sheets, towels) or pay for rental--and the towels were thin/of low quality so we bought our own. Also would have been nice to have hot mitts to take pots/pans out of oven or off stove (I burned my hand using a small towel) and oil/salt/pepper. There is a tennis court as well; would be nice if house provided rackets.
