Mieserable Beschreibung des Objekts

Auf gut deutsch: es ist eine Kellerwohnung. Punkt. Die Küche im Erdgeschoss war auch in einem desolaten Zustand. Gefährlich: kaputte Fliese zum Untergang in die Kellerwohnung. Lichtschalter leider nur unten mittig im Raum. Hab mich mehrmals mit dem Kopf an den Treppenstufen gestoßen. Warmes Wasser im Bad und Küche, Fehlanzeige. Dank den Vermittlern von Maja erhielten wir tags darauf kulanterweise eine Topwohnung für wenige Euros mehr. Wir lernen: Beschreibungen gleich mal in den Übersetzer hauen, damit wir auch mit der Immobiliensprache leben können.

Überwiegend Suterrain

Die Wohnung ist überwiegend im Suterrain (Keller) und nicht so hell, wie man nach den Bildern vermuten könnte. Außerdem ist es dadurch im Wohnbereich ziemlich kühl. Aber die vorhandenen Decken helfen. Man kann sich hier wohl fühlen und alles was man braucht ist da. Zum Einkauf ist ein Lidl etwa 300 m entfernt. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß.
