At the southern tip of Gran Canaria, there is Maspalomas, a lively little city that attracts countless tourists every year due to its extended dune landscape, the famous sand beach of Playa del Inglés and countless possibilities to distract oneself during the day and at night. In the middle of it, on the mezzanine floor of a beautifully designed and very well maintained holiday apartment complex, you will find the 40 m2 apartment "Sunset Paraíso".

The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person and a dining counter, a well equipped kitchenette with cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with tub and toilet.

The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, a TV with cable connection, washing machine, hairdryer, a game collection, a baby cot and fans.

Outside there is a private terrace equipped with lounge furniture, which is covered and shaded and allows an unobstructed view of the mountains - every sunset is a special treat here.
Beautifully landscaped is the garden area with extensive pool landscape with a total of 5 swimming pools. These are also heatable and therefore a pleasure even on less hot days. On the whole, child-friendly complex there are green areas and sun terraces with sunbeds, which are available to all guests.

Short ways distinguish this holiday flat: Supermarkets are in the direct neighbourhood, to numerous restaurants you walk approx. 5 - 10 minutes (500 to 1000 m)

The beach Playa del Inglés can be reached after a 25 minutes walk or 6 minutes by car (2,1 km), the nature reserve "Dunes of Maspalomas" is at about the same distance.
The drive from/to Gran Canaria airport takes about 21 minutes (32 km).
