A quiet village of Swiecianowo, in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Approx. 10 km from the larger city (Slawno), 5 km from the lake (Ostrowieckie lake), where there is a beach and water equipment rental. A trip to the seaside is not a problem here either - it is only 25 km in the direction of Darłowo. The immediate surroundings of the house are meadows, forests and idyllic landscape. Lots of possibilities for walks and bicycle tours in the natural surroundings. Here you can really relax, enjoying the silence, wonderful nature and clean air. A large, holiday villa is waiting for guests. The house offers 180 sqm of living space, 5 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is situated on a huge, fenced plot of approx. 5000 square meters (most of it is a well-kept garden). The house is well-equipped and is a perfect place to stay for organized groups, as well as families with children, people who expect recreational opportunities on site. In addition to the above-mentioned bedrooms and bathrooms, there are as many as 2 kitchens on site. The first, well-equipped kitchen is connected with an elegant, spacious living room (there is also a large dining table, there is a fireplace). The second kitchen is in a separate room, but it is also fully equipped for cooking meals. On the first floor, apart from 4 separate bedrooms, there is an additional living room with TV. The immediate surroundings of the house allow you to spend time outdoors, rest or actively. The huge lawn provides the setting for many different games and activities. in many different ways. Adults will surely be pleased with the fact that there is a place for a bonfire and a garden shed where you can spend a nice, social evening. The owner of the house lives in the same village (approx. 1 km away) and can provide help and advice at any time. He has a fish pond next to his private house, where he invites guests to go fishing (for an additional fee; if necessary, you can also rent basic fishing equipment). In addition to the fishing pond, the owner of the facility also has fish ponds in the vicinity, where he breeds trout. It is possible to buy such fresh fish on the spot straight from the pond. Anyone who tastes this fresh, healthy fish here (e.g. grilled) reports to the owner immediately for more pieces. Included in the price: bed linen, electricity and water consumption, firewood, WiFi internet, parking, baby cot, high chair. Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Attractions in the area: the main attraction here are natural values, vast meadows, dense forests, perfect for hiking, walking and cycling. The lake with a beautiful beach and water sports equipment rental is only 5 km away. The Baltic beach near Darłowo is waiting for lovers of sea bathing - it is only 25 km, which can be traveled comfortably by car or even by bike. Larger shops are located in the city about 10 km from Swiecianów (Slawno). In case of bad weather, we suggest a trip to the capital of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (Koszalin). Especially with children, it is worth visiting a large, attractive aquapark (it is only 30 km from Swiecianów). A visit to the climatic seaside town (Ustka - about 40 km from Swiecianów) is also worth recommending, where the renovated heart of the resort is filled with historic buildings in a characteristic half-timbered style. Here you will find numerous cafes, excellent restaurants, a seaside promenade and a naturally wonderful sandy beach. For traveling enthusiasts, a day trip to the Tri-City (Gdansk, Gdynia, Sopot) will not be a problem either. It's just a 2-hour drive each way.
