On the associated terrace you will wake up with your morning coffee and there you can plan an eventful vacation day. On the first floor there is table tennis for your common use.

The well-kept garden with Mediterranean vegetation will convince you and on the common terrace under the vines you can enjoy the shade on hot summer days. The communal pool provides fun and refreshment. The 2000 m² garden is fenced and on the community barbecue you can prepare your meals.

The first beaches can be reached by car. Visit the pearl Opatija and walk along the beautiful waterfront promenade, which stretches for 12 km. Nature lovers can discover the natural beauties in the nature park U?ka.
The house is located near the road and is the ideal starting point for day trips. The outdoor kitchen is for communal use.
