About this property

Beautifully Renovated Oceanfront Townhome on Bethany boardwalk!

A perfect family vacation home! Located right on the beach, you can relax to the sound of the waves from the balcony.

Our 4 bedroom home is recently renovated and ready for you to enjoy. Everything is updated. You will enjoy an entirely new spacious kitchen with new cabinets, new appliances and new granite counter tops. The bathrooms, floors, lighting and even the walls are new. We look forward to sharing it with you.

The home is laid out for great family time together. A large living area shares the 2nd floor with the open kitchen, large eating area and powder room. The living room opens onto a deck with new furniture overlooking the ocean. All four bedrooms are on the 3rd floor along with two full baths. A 1st floor laundry, full bath and bonus room complete this fully-furnished and functional vacation home.

In the summer season, our townhome rents Friday-to-Friday.

Two blocks from the center of town, you are only a few short boardwalk steps from restaurants, shopping, ice cream and entertainment.

PLEASE NOTE: Towels and linens are NOT provided. We can provide recommendations for renting towels and linens. Just write us and ask!

Amazing place!

This is our second summer staying here. The place is great, on the boardwalk and 2 blocks off the main drag. It’s hard to beat that combo. Owners are lovely. We’ll be back again next summer.

Extended family vacation

We visitited with several generations of our extended family. Everything was amazing- the location and the space. It was so nice to be right on the boardwalk and beach. We parked the car when we got there and didn’t have to drive anywhere the whole time! We all had a ton of space to relax and sleep. We’ve stayed in Bethany Beach several times and this was by far our best experience!

Perfection

The location is second to none. The space is big enough for a large family and an au pair! Near everything and removed enough to have quiet evenings. The owners couldn’t have been nicer to work with. Beautiful home. We’ll be coming back next year!

Disappointed

Upgraded bathrooms and kitchen were great but for the price it was disappointing due to the lack of hospitality, such as, dollar store quality kitchenware, grubby dish towels, only ten hangers in the entire house?!? And no starter paper towels, toilet paper. At this price it’s no excuse that it was the end of the summer season! I had to get to dish towels and wine glasses.

Absolutely beautiful home on the boardwalk

Home was incredibly comfortable, balcony with views of boardwalk and ocean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our kids and au pair. Less than 2 min walk from door to setting up on the beach. 2 blocks from main square and a short drive to any of the other beach towns.

Great location!

Within walking distance of the boardwalk and all of the great restaurants and shops that Bethany has to offer; it is steps away from the beach! The open floor plan on the main level allowed for all of the guests who stayed at the house to hang out together. Twin beds upstairs allowed for each guest to comfortably have their own bed. I would definitely rent this home again!

Great weekend stay

We went for Mothers Day weekend. Very nice home with 4 bedrooms all on the same level. Home is about 50 yards to steps or ramp to the boardwalk and 2 blocks from Garfield Pwy, the main drag in town. I would stay again at this home. Only complaint is that the AC is a little weak and the dishwasher needs to be fully secured to the countertop.

Ladies Weekend . . .Clean Open Concept property, great walkability

Enjoyed our stay, a group of 8 ladies for shopping and dining weekend. The property owner is great and very responsive. Home was very clean and bedrooms worked well for our mix of people with a lot of single beds. We loved the walkability and the ocean view. Downtown Bethany is maybe 5 minutes walk on the boardwalk, so a great way to head to restaurants and shopping. A gourmet pizza restaurant/bar is within about 2 minutes walking distance as well. Listing is straightforward that there are only two parking spots reserved for the unit. Our group had ladies from several surrounding states, but since we were offseason and adjacent units were empty, our extra cars did not turn out to be a problem. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again

Beautiful, perfect location, amazing owners

We loved staying here and can not wait to stay again. It was the perfect location. We had my entire family with us. We had plenty of space for 3 kids and 5 adults. Being able to walk to the beach and town is crucial for us. Tara and jerry are fantastic hosts. We will be back for sure next summer!!!!

Fantastic beach getaway

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home during July 4th week. The location was absolutely the best. Once we arrived, we only drove our cars maybe once or twice. The house is close to everything in Bethany-the beach, restaurants, boardwalk, shopping and the main street, Garfield Pkwy. We had two teens with us and we were able to let them walk around on their own for shopping and food without any worry. The week we were there, many of the neighbors who were the owners were also there and they all were very friendly, welcoming and helpful giving tips on where to eat, shop, etc... (that was an added bonus!) The house itself looks brand new, everything was recently renovated and is in excellent shape. The kitchen has plenty of room and stocked with pretty much anything you might need. The only small glitch we had was the WiFi service. The house does have internet access but for some reason it didn't work that well every day. It wasn't a huge deal for us since we were trying to disconnect on our vacation but our teenagers ended up using a lot of data that week since the WiFi wasn't always working. I did however notice throughout the week that Internet service wasn't that great in many places throughout the town of Bethany. Maybe it had something to do with the crowds of people there during July 4th week, don't know but I still rank this home 5 stars because everything else about it was great! Oh and the owner, Tara, was wonderful to work with, she promptly returned all my emails and even left us a welcome package when we checked in. I would definitely rent this home again in the future and recommend to others.

Great family rental!

We decided to try Bethany Beach for the first time since we welcomed our second little one and did not want to drive down to the Carolinas. This rental met all of our expectations. It was beautifully updated, bright, cheery, clean, and spacious enough for 4 adults, a toddler, and an 8 week old. You can easy walk right to the boardwalk and to the beach in a matter or a minute or two. You can walk to shops, places to eat...especially ice cream, and things to do...the playground! The kitchen was well equipped and beautiful and we enjoyed many meals there. The space was relaxing and cozy and everything felt very fresh and welcoming. Easy parking right under the unit. A pretty side view of the ocean from the balcony. We loved Bethany and it's family feel. We would definitely want to rent this place again for next summer and hope we can! The owners are friendly and very responsive. Great stay!

Wonderful in Every Way!

We rented this beautiful unit for the weekend of my daughter's bachelorette party. I can't say enough good things about our experience. The home has been beautifully updated, including a kitchen I would love to have in my own home. There are four spacious bedrooms with very comfortable bedding. We were able to fall asleep with the windows open each night and the sound of the surf providing the backdrop for our dreams. Although the unit isn't directly on the ocean, there plenty of beautiful ocean views from the balcony and several of the windows. Right outside of the building is the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, with shops and eateries just a few steps away. We had a wonderful stay and we can't wait to go back!
