The 75 m² country style apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include a fireplace and a television. The private outdoor area boasts an open terrace with seating furniture and nice views over the landscape, where you can start the day with breakfast or enjoy a glass of local wine in the mild evenings. You will find shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants serving local cuisine and a train station after a 25-minute drive (15 km) to the little town of Gaiole in Chianti. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will love the many routes across vineyards and orchards with fantastic panoramic views, along which you can explore local specialities and the famous wine. From the apartment, you can get to the nearby towns of Montevarchi (20 km or a 32-minute drive) and Siena (a 43-minute drive or 33 km) as well as to the beautiful and world-famous city of Florence (a one-hour drive or 65 km), which is home to some of the most renowned museums, sights and architecture of the country. The closest international airport lies also outside of Florence (85 km or a 70-minute drive).
