Perfectly located in beautiful, sunny Kihei, the Maui Vista Condominium complex is just across the road from the magnificent Charley Young Beach, and is within walking distance to great dining, entertainment, and shopping. Our 1 bedroom/1 bath unit is located in quiet, building #2, and is just steps away from the pools and tennis courts. It has new furnishings throughout, a very comfortable queen bed, and sofa sleeper! There is air conditioning in the living room as well as the bedroom, and is equipped with all the kitchen essentials you’ll need, a washer/ dryer, and is stocked with several beach necessities (beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, towels, boogie board). Cable TV is available in the unit, parking is complementary, and there is an on-site activity desk available for booking all of the fun activities available on Maui. WiFi is also complementary, as well as free long-distance calls to Canada and within the U.S.

You can spend your days on the many beautiful beaches in Kihei, and enjoy the multitude of activities available, such as snorkeling, stand-up paddling, surfing, golfing, sightseeing, and more! Or, you might just want to relax and enjoy the Maui Vista complex, with the 6 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, and 3 BBQ areas with full gas grills available for our guests to use.

We have lived on Maui since 1974, and know the island and what it has to offer extremely well! We also live just 5 minutes from the unit and are available to help make your vacation a memorable one!

Great spot and nice condo

Conveniently located, super comfortable queen bed, short walk to Kam 1 beach. Place had everything we needed including chairs a cooler and a couple of boogie boards.

There are so many Maui Vista condo options - this one is in the perfect building (2 - not right next to the road, but not too far from the beach) - across from Kamaole 1/Charley Young, which is our favorite beach for swimming, and within easy walking distance of multiple grocery stores, restaurants, food trucks, snorkel rentals, etc. Condo is well cared for, updated kitchen/bathroom, and includes beach towels, umbrella, chairs - couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend!

Lovely home, great location

My husband, 7 month old and I really enjoyed our stay.. the hosts were very hands off (not a lot of welcome/checkin/checkout notes) unless you expressed a need for something, then they were helpful in making sure they accommodated our needs like using a playpen for our baby. The location is great, we were able to walk to the beach right across the street which was so beautiful and fantastic for swimming (go early..it gets really windy after 11am). There are also many restaurants and shops within walking distance.. The pool was wonderful.. it's a very well maintained property. There's a lot of construction going on right now, so it can get quite loud during the day, which honestly would have been nice to know about, but not the biggest deal. The condo itself was suitable for the 3 of us, it had all of the basics, minus random things, like there was paper, but no pen lol, no scissors, or lids to certain pots and pans. They had everything you would need for a day at the beach! I hate to leave anything negative, but honestly the condo itself could use a deep clean. The shower curtain liner was pretty gross and there are some cobwebs and dust on the walls, ceiling and on some of the furniture. My main thing when I visit Hawaii though is seeing cockroaches, and I didn't see any which was a huge relief!! Overall, I'd definitely stay again if it was given a good clean. We had a great time and are eager to come back to the islands soon 💕

Good Location. Near Beach and shops

The house was relatively clean. There was dust on the counter and tables. The bathroom and bedroom were clean. The unit lacks pots and pans. The pots did not have lids, and the basic cooking items (salt, spices, oil, and tissues) were unavailable or in small amounts. There were beach chairs and a small ice chest that was useful for going to the beach.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of our condo! It's located in the quiet 2nd building, and does not face the parking lot, but of the pool & tennis courts. It's very comfortable and clean! We renovated our unit in September of 2016 and also added an AC in the bedroom (AC already in the living room).

What makes this property unique

The Maui Vista complex is located just across the street from one of my favorite beaches: Charlie Young Beach. And, it is within walking distance of restaurants & shops!!!
