We invite you to stay in our one bedroom apartment with an open, and spacious living space. This is a very clean, smoke and pet free house, with no cannabis allowed anywhere on the property. The entrance is private from the front porch of our house. This apartment suite, located just West of City Park, North of Chessman Park and the Botanic Gardens and approximately one mile East of Downtown, offers accommodations for up to two guests, including 1 queen bed, full bath and kitchen, living room and dining room.

This 800 square foot apartment has recently been remodeled and offers a comfortable living room. Enjoy our tree lined street and people watch on the front porch in our wicker chairs or loveseat.

This apartment is in the Perfect Denver Location. Central to everything, you can walk one mile in any direction and reach Major Denver attractions. Our house is in a quiet tree lined neighborhood. It is just two doors down from Restaurant Row, which is one of Denver's fastest growing, hippest destinations. Within one block of the house, there are seven restaurants, a bakery, a pub, a coffee shop, and fast food restaurant, and a 7-11. Walk just one more block and double your choices for food, coffee, shopping, and entertainment. Looking for local entertainment, the Denver nightlife is centered about 8 blocks from the house. Headed downtown? It is an easy 1.2 mile walk. There are also buses available that run every 15 minutes. B-cycle rentals are across the street from our house. Close enough .to walk, but far enough that our neighborhood remains quiet.

Great location, clean and comfortable
The location was perfect - nice restaurants around the corner, close the City Park, the zoo, Cheeseman Park and Botanical gardens. I read the reviews on linens - why not buy your own instead of rent? I paid $50 for the parking in back but there was pretty much always free on-street parking out front so I only used it a few times instead of parking further away. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The fireplace isn’t functional. Great hot water and pressure. The bed is comfortable. There is a minimum of kitchenware, but I don’t cook or entertain. The coin laundry in the basement is clean and not creepy given that the house is old. I would definitely stay here again. Juve made sure that there were no problems during my stay.

Clean and Quiet Studio
Overall a great stay! I stayed here about 2 months while travel nursing. Very clean property. The kitchen had basics to make meals at home. It is an old house so you can hear guests coming and going up the stairs. I worked nightshift and I sleep during the day and it was very quiet. Noise was never an issue. The owner is always available should an problems arise! Uber’s/Lyfts are cheap to downtown. The area around this place is very walkable with restraunts and bars close by. My only complaint was I was sent the wrong info regarding parking and linens before I booked and then again sent the wrong lease once I booked. I wasn’t informed until the night before my check in that it would be additional fees for both parking and linens per month since I wasn’t paying “summer rates”. I still had to pay them even though I was sent all the wrong info. After that my stay was still great, and I still recommend staying here!

It is located on the edge of downtown and in a progressive neighborhood that is continuing to add new restaurants and shops every month.
