About this property

The property was designed with the highest standards to be integrated into the surrounding nature and to maintain the comfort of a modern cottage. Located on the north coast of Tenerife in the municipality of La Orotava, the 40m² studio-type apartment has a living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom area with a queen size bed (1.60m wide) and an ample bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The property can accommodate a maximum of 2 people (2 in the queen size bed and we can put a folding bed in the livingroom for a kid). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Flat Screen 43"" TV with HDMI socket (you can watch TV in Spanish or in the original language). It also has a washing machine, an iron and a baby cot and high chair (on request).

The furnished, open terrace oriented to the south and the rooftop Sun-Deck with Ocean and Mountain Views, invite you to relax. Here you can make yourself comfortable with a good book or a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquility of the setting. The nearest beach is about one kilometre away and can be reached on foot in 25 minutes. There you will also find the new restaurant ""Bollullo Beach"" with a wonderful Chill-out terrace overlooking the Beach. The almost virgin beach of El Ancon with its amazing black volcanic sand is also only 1,3km away and can be reached on foot through a beautiful trail on top of a cliff with breath-taking views over Playa Los Patos and Puerto de la Cruz.

There are a variety of supermarkets only a 5-8 minute drive away and a small restaurant 300 meters away. Other restaurants, bars and cafes are located in Puerto de la Cruz and Orotava, 3 km away (only 6-8 minutes by car). The airport Tenerife North is an 18-minute drive away and Tenerife South Airport 55 minute drive. The nearest bus stop is 50 meters from the holiday home right outside the property.

Beautiful place with a fantastic host

If you are looking for secluded natural beauty on your trip to Tenerife, then this is your place. The house is well appointed and extremely clean. However, it is only outdone by the generosity and helpfulness of the host. I have already recommended this place to a friend for a stay next month and would absolutely stay here again.

die perfekte Urlaubsoase

Das kleine Häuschen liegt sehr ruhig inmitten einer Avocadoplantage, es ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Zwei Terrassen bieten die Möglichkeit bei jeder Tageszeit in der Sonne zu sitzen. Wir sind sehr Ferienhaus erfahren und die Betreeung durch die Vermieter Ted & Cris ist wirklich außergewöhnlich: Wohlfühlen ab der ersten Minute! Wir waren zum wandern dort und die Lage ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um einen Großteil der Insel gut zu erreichen. Wir haben meistens selbst gekocht aber es sind auch viele Restaurants / Guachinches in der Nähe und es gibt tolle Empfehlungen von Ted :) Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum abschalten sucht wird dort fündig - von uns eine 100% Empfehlung!!

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen

Das Cottage ist in einer Acocadofarm gelegen, absolut ruhig, inmitten einer Oase tropischer Pflanzen und vieler Vögel. Die Einrichtung ist großzügig gestaltet, es fehlt an nichts, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vor Ort, deutschsprachige Programme/Netflix o.ä. könne über ein eigenes Laptop angeschlossen werden. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden wiederkommen.
