The 70m2 holiday home consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds, one with a double bed), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite television and a children's bed (upon request). A camping bed and a clothesline are also available. The house also offers a beautiful furnished terrace with a barbecue and a dining table where you can enjoy a delicious meal or a glass of wine in the evening. You will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes just 3 minutes driving from the accommodation (1.3km), while the closest beach, Spiaggia di Solanas, is 700m away (10 minutes walking).
