This new and modern apartment can offer you a vacation you truly deserve. Apartment is in the newly constructed building, close to sea. Nearest beach is 300, and tourist center 500 meters distant. Sandy beach is only few minutes drive away. Apartment is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate 4 people. With its 100 m² size, it offers: two double bedrooms, an air conditioned living room combined with kitchen, two shower bathrooms and terrace with view of the sea, olive trees and Mediterranean herbs. The master bedroom is handicap accessible, has its own bathroom and access to terrace. Bedrooms are not air conditioned, and both double beds have mosquito nets. Kitchen has everything necessary for preparing a nice meal: electric stove with oven, microwave, big fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, water heater, filter coffee machine, dishes and cutlery. Highlight of the apartment is 100 m² big terrace where you will surely enjoy making barbecue with your friends, and bonus is a communal swimming pool where you can freshen' up during those hot summer days. You also have WiFi, washer/dryer and one parking space. Pets are not allowed. Bed sheets and towels are included in price.
NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 200,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
