The Villino is a new construction located on the ground floor and adjacent to the country villa.
The flat consists of a kitchen, living room, three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms.
The kitchen, which is equipped with all electrical appliances and a rich supply of food and linen, is connected to a comfortable living room with a sofa and satellite TV.
The master bedroom, spacious and bright, offers a pleasant sea-pool view.
The other double bedroom, with a cosy sofa, enjoys a sea view and the coolness of the elm grove.
All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.
The flat has three private outdoor spaces.
The front gazebo, from which the kitchen is accessed, offers a wide view of the sea and the pool and is furnished with a comfortable sitting area.
The rear porch, which is accessed from the kitchen and overlooks the elm grove, is furnished with a large table for dining al fresco.
The terrace-solarium where you can enjoy sunbathing or relax in the shade of the olive tree 'Giulio'.

The Casale is the historic nucleus of the villa that has recently been renovated while maintaining the signs of its past. The flat offers spacious rooms all with a sea view.
On the ground floor there is a large open space organised with a kitchen area, a large living room with satellite TV and a small bathroom.
The three bedrooms, located on the upper floor and reached by an internal staircase, are all en suite (two with double beds and one with two single beds).
The master bedroom, spacious and bright, offers a charming sea-pool view.
The other double bedroom enjoys a sea view and the coolness of the elm grove.

The flat has a large private outdoor porch, facing the sea and the pool and leading to the kitchen, with a comfortable sitting area and a large table for meals.

The communal area is divided into a large lawn, a swimming pool and a large porch.
The lawn, overlooking the sea in its full size, is equipped with hammocks, sun loungers and a secluded smoking table.
The swimming pool, with slightly salty mineral water, is equipped with hydro-massage seats on three levels, a waterfall for neck massage, an electro-heated shower and a solarium with sun loungers.
The large portico houses a charming seafront lounge where you can enjoy aperitifs, a fitness area with two spinbikes, a large dining table and a stimulating kitchen with wood-burning oven and charcoal or gas barbecue.
Scattered around the common area several small tables will welcome your moments of relaxation and conversation.
