Tolle Ferienwohnung die eine wunderbare Lage hat. Die Schlafcouch war bequem und auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Der Kurpark um die Ecke war wunderbar wenn man mit seinem Vierbeiner mal schnell rausmusste. Gleich gegenüber lag die Bäckerei Junge, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Super niedliches Appartment, für 2 Pers. mit Hund vollkommen ausreichend. Lage perfekt. Gerne im nächsten Urlaub wieder.

Nette Wohnung, verbesserungsfähige Kundenbehandlung

Wohnung 9, Wicheldorfstr. 12 Klein, sehr sauber, zentral gelegen, selbst mit ausgeklapptem Sofa = Bett noch ausreichend Platz. Warmwasser funktionierte nicht. Die jüngere Mitarbeiterin im Büro in der Wicheldorfstr. 2 rief deswegen den Eigentümer an. Dabei fiel mir ein, dass auch 2 Drehregler keine Funktion zu haben schienen. Mit Fingerzeig machte ich der Dame mehrfach klar, dass ich noch eine Frage hätte. Sie redete noch etwas länger mit dem Eigentümer und legte dann auf. Anschließend wurde ich belehrt, dass sie nicht am Telefon reden und gleichzeitig mit mir sprechen könne. Passive Aggressivität im direkten Umgang mit Kunden kommt nicht gut an. Das Wasserproblem wurde umgehend beseitigt (Verkalkung aufgrund des harten Wassers).
