Beautiful house nestled in the mountains, accommodating up to 6 guests, with a private pool, just 3 km from Son Servera.

The chlorine pool, measuring 7 x 7 meters with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 2 meters, offers a refreshing swim accompanied by stunning views of the mountains and the sea. Surrounding the pool, there is a sunbathing area with loungers and a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy coffee or a meal prepared on the BBQ. An outdoor shower is also available.

Upon entering the house from the terrace, you'll find yourself in a living room styled with traditional Majorcan charm. Relax on the sofa and enjoy satellite TV. The kitchen features a gas cooktop and a dining table with chairs. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The house includes three bedrooms: two with twin beds, sharing an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and garden access, and one with a double bed. There are two additional bathrooms with bathtubs—one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The property is equipped with central heating and four fans.

This Finca is located in a rural area. From here, you can reach several charming places like the Natural Park of Levante or the golf course of Pula Golf. Son Servera also is near. It's an inland town with all basic services and a great gastronomy offer. You'll also find beautiful beaches nearby like Cala sa Marjal. We also recommend you visit the wonderful Caves of Artà.
