The beautifully furnished vacation apartment "Haus Steigerbauer - Top 1" has a living/dining room with large dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. Haus Steigerbauer is located in the center of Königsleiten in Salzburger Land, only a few meters away from the cable cars and local shopping facilities. Whether skiing and snowboarding in the largest ski area in the Zillertal or hiking and biking in the Hohe Tauern National Park, enjoy the diversity of the surrounding mountains.

Due to the central location of the apartment you will find cafes and restaurants just around the corner (200 m). The Königsleiten village cable car can be reached after 650 m (8-minute walk). The slope entrance to the Sonnwendkopfbahn (winter only) is only 160 m (2-minute walk) away. In Königsleiten there is also a grocery store (Spar market), which is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The water and sauna world of the Kristallbad in Wald im Pinzgau is only 17 minutes away by car (11 km). In summer, the nearby Durlaßboden reservoir invites you to swim, relax, go pedal boating, etc. Only about 18 minutes by car (13 km) from Königsleiten, you will find the highest waterfalls in Europe - the world famous Krimml Waterfalls. Parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are allowed for a fee. Furry nose rule: we love our four-pawed guests, but please not in bed or on the sofa!

Hand towels, bath towels and dish towels can be rented in advance via pre-order for an additional charge on site. The settlement is made on site in cash.
