The villa consists of a large living room with a dining area and an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen, another common room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate up to 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room as well as in the bedrooms, a washing machine and a TV. The outdoor area guarantees maximum privacy, as the property is enclosed by state boundaries on three sides.
